UBS Tech Summit 2022
UBS Tech Summit 2022 marked the inaugural launch of UBS's Tech Summit in Singapore, bringing together global technopreneurs, investors, and thought leaders to accelerate business growth across the region. Held in a hybrid format at Marina Bay Sands, the summit welcomed industry leaders including CEOs from Bytedance, Wealthfront, and Ninja Van.
This was one of the events I worked on at MOI Global as a B2B agency for UBS, where I was the lead designer, overseeing the project and working closely with the events team from end to end across a 6-month timeline.
Scope of work includes: key visual concept, opening video storyboard, virtual platform design, EDMs, agenda template, key speaker presentation decks, stage graphics, and experiential booth design.
This key visual was created pre-AI, using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. The idea behind the KV was to feature a robot touching a series of futuristic panels with visuals that could be interchanged during the event, catering to different speakers and topics. The background features various Southeast Asian landmarks, representing the cities discussed throughout the event.
This opening video was designed to build anticipation before the event began. I developed the concept and moodboard, along with a frame-by-frame storyboard with detailed descriptions, before handing it off to a 3D video company for production.
